Jitabd Terms and Conditions

1. Account & Registration

To join Jitabd, you must provide accurate and complete information. If you open an account with false information and are discovered later, your account may be permanently closed.

• Your name, date of birth, and mobile number must be accurate.
• Only one active account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts under the same person are prohibited.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Minors are not permitted to create an account.
• Your email address must be active and usable.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and never share it with anyone.

By registering, you declare that you have read and accept all Terms & Conditions.

2. Responsible Gaming

Jitabd views gaming as entertainment, not as a way to earn money. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Don't play beyond your means. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
• Set limits on both time and money spent gaming, and stick to them.
• If you feel you may be developing a gaming addiction, contact customer support immediately.
• You can request to temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
• We provide self-exclusion options when needed.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

Jitabd regularly provides bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are available under specific terms and must be used according to those conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to turnover requirements where applicable.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; they can only be used for gameplay.
• After receiving a bonus, you must meet the conditions within a set timeframe, or the bonus will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Jitabd offers multiple secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and protected.

• The same payment method is used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Minimum deposit is BDT 100 and the maximum is BDT 100,000 per day.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-2 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Identity Verification: Failure to submit the required documents for verification may result in account suspension.
• Permanent Closure: In serious violations, accounts may be permanently closed.
• Self-closure: You can contact support at any time to request account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: You can use self-exclusion, which will completely block your account for a specified period.

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute or issue arises, we are committed to resolving it with you.

• Report any issues or claims to support and provide the relevant details.
• Jitabd will review and resolve your issue within 15 business days.
• If an error on Jitabd's part is confirmed, it will be corrected and additional credits will be issued where applicable.
• Jitabd is not liable for technical errors or internet connectivity issues.
• In cases where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, international dispute resolution procedures will be followed.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Jitabd reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• You will receive account notifications for significant changes.
• A 30-day notice period will be provided before new terms become effective.
• If the updated terms are not acceptable to you, you may close your account.
